Saucy!

Managed to make almost 8 Quarts of veggie sauce to freeze for the winter-great for pasta sauce, adding to stews, and actually could pass for soup all by itself! Bet that would be great in mid-January with some homemade bread. Well, that's one thing I managed to get done today.
Ingredients: garlic, onions, tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, olive oil, salt.

    then you pack in 1 qt bags and freeze flat, right?

  2. Yup, did that this morning. A wide mouth quart sized jar works well as a bag holder. I had a bowl full as a cold soup...delish!
