Decorating Done!

I used the 70 degree December day to finish decorating; just need to hang stockings. We're planning to make some felted acorn ornaments sometime in the next two weeks to add to our ornament collection.

Concert and Christmas Lights

We headed off in the evening to a performance by The Army Field Band. On the drive home we drove back roads and neighborhoods to look at Christmas lights. Our last stop was this house in Ellicott City--the girls had to get out. Cary loves their new light up dance floor (the lights are sync'd up with music)!

ZooLights

We went to the National Zoo...

Road Trip

We drove out to Cumberland, MD in preparation for an adventure the next day.  I brought along The Polar Express and Stella decided she'd like to read it this year.
